Grant Leach - CEO

Grant is an experienced leader in FMCGs and has extensive experience and success in commercialising mission critical start-ups. He has worked in NZ’s larger brand agencies prior to establishing his own agency, specialising in DTC and B2B for FMCGs and Pharmaceutical brands. More recently Grant led the commercialisation and significant growth of start-up FMCG businesses in the ‘Better for Me’ space where the products were sold to Retailers, both in NZ and offshore. Grant joined 26 Seasons in May 2021.

Matthew Keltie – Director, Co-founder, R&D Officer

Matt is an agronomist with 20 years’ experience in the agriculture sector. He is the former Innovation Specialist at Pamu, responsible for providing agronomy (fertiliser and seed) advice to over 120 Pamu farms. Prior to Pamu, Matt was an investment advisor for ABN Amro and also spent 7 years working for Ravendown Fertiliser as a field adviser. Matt holds a range of agricultural qualifications from Massey University.

James Hammond – Finance Manager

James holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington, specialising in Accounting and Commercial Law. He also has operations, finance, and sales experience from time in the wine industry. James joined 26 Seasons in January 2021 and was integral to the company’s growth to date and success in receiving R&D funding.

Vaughan - International Expansion and Tech Development

Vaughan has worked for the past 15 years across the horticultural industry. Working for Zespri International Ltd, he led teams within the global supply chain before becoming Global Marketing Manager of the Organic category. His latest role was GM of BerryCo, a grassroots, highly innovate enterprise growing world leading proprietary blueberries across New Zealand. Developing new technology and improving growing techniques, BerryCo launched a leading quality brand across New Zealand and into the Asian markets. Vaughan holds post graduate qualifications in environmental management, marketing and international management, and organisational psychology.
