Microgreens Salsa Verde

How to Make


2 cups microgreens (combination: green basil, coriander, sorrel)

¼ cup capers, drained 

1 clove of garlic

1 lemon, zest & juice

½ tsp chilli flakes (or to suit spice preference)

½ cup extra virgin olive oil. If you like a runnier consistency add more oil as you blend

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

(Serves 12)



Add all ingredients into a blender and pulse until everything is combined.  Add extra chilli, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
